Digital transformation isn’t just Telekom’s business—it has to take root inside the company. That works best with employees who are convinced, not just informed. People participate when they grasp the why and feel motivated to change. With 200,000 employees, the goal is broad buy-in. Since 2019, we’ve supported Telekom’s internal, international transformation program youlearn. After defining the corporate identity and a cohesive design system, we deliver formats from film and posters to intranet and social content. We add purposeful merchandise to elevate the employee experience, and we built a web game that teaches coding. Agile project management and candid advice included.
