Responsible Since 1999

Corporate responsibility and corporate citizenship have been part of mc-quadrat from day one. As a team and as a company, we aim to contribute to the well-being of the society we live in. That’s why we volunteer and work pro bono with our expertise, our time, and our donations.
Over the years, we’ve supported the Amadeu Antonio Foundation and the Berlin City Mission, and for more than a decade we supported Straßenkinder e.V. Berlin. Our founder, Jens-Rainer Jänig, volunteers as a foundation advisor and as a board member of the Friends of the Berlinische Galerie. We are members of Initiative D21, Germany’s leading network for digital transformation, where he leads the Ethics Working Group. We also publish the world’s first online magazine on Corporate Digital Responsibility, helping define responsible business in the digital space. We are signatories of the Diversity Charter, and our sustainability strategy is documented in line with the German Sustainability Code (DNK).
