For Beiersdorf, a global DAX company, the new Hamburg headquarters is a once-in-a-generation project that brings major change. We steer change communications for the planning of the new cross-functional workplace and actively involve employees – delivering an integrated internal program across digital and on-site channels.
The new Beiersdorf Campus brings together several thousand employees from multiple sites and sets new spatial, technical, and environmental standards. On site, we advise Beiersdorf on communicating this major change and develop the right strategy. From there, we create a project mark and a design manual. Through presentations, films, 3D renderings, animations, interactive smart screens, learning journeys, intranet pages, posters, and merchandise, we make the structural realignment clear, appealing, and tangible for all employees in Hamburg.
